Home Furniture and Mattress Purchase Terms and Conditions
When you place an order to purchase products and services through our website, you agree to follow
and are bound by these purchase terms and conditions:
Home Furniture and Mattress reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders for
any reason.
While we use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any product
displayed on the website. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a product listed on the website
at any time without notice. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not
constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without
prior notification, to limit the quantity of any item and/or refuse services to any customer. We may
require verification of information before accepting an order.
We reserve the right to change information, including prices, of products and services listed on the site.
All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products
and services described or depicted on the website are subject to change at any time without notice
(including after you have submitted your order.) We will correct errors that we discover, and we reserve
the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an
order has been submitted.)
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the
items listed on the site may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price,
we will, at our discretion, wither contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and
notify you of such cancellation.
Returns and exchanges:
Home Furniture and Mattress will consider returns within 5 days of receipt for an exchange or store
credit. Store credit amount will be the purchase price, less any delivery fee, re-delivery fee and a
restocking fee of 15%; Items being exchanged for a product of equal or greater value will only require a
5% restocking fee.
All items returned must be in a new condition, unused, unassembled, unmodified and with original packaging.
Mattresses, Bedding, Lamps, Pictures, Plants and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Extended warranties for fabric, leather, rugs and motion bases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Delivery and service charges are non-refundable.
Special ordered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Clearance and As-Is Merchandise:
It is Home Furniture and Mattress’ policy that Clearance or As-Is product(s) will not be covered through
manufacturer warranty. These items are also not allowed on layaway orders and must be picked up or
delivered within 7 days. If delivery dates available exceed 7 business days, then Home Furniture and
Mattress reserves the right to cancel the order, the balance will remain as a store credit. Clearance and
As-Is items including, but not limited to, discontinued goods, defective or damaged items.
If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this
return policy.
How to Cancel an order:
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be charged to your account if product shipment cannot be stopped.
To cancel an order, you must CALL US. We will not accept cancellation request via email, Facebook,
Instagram, Fax, or text message. We will accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellations
made after 4:00pm EST on the day that you placed the order.
How to Change your order:
If you need to change something about your order, such as color, finish type, product, or quantity,
simply CALL US. Our sales team will assist you. It is possible that your order will ship the same day you
place the order, we cannot guarantee your change will be made. We will notify you immediately if a
change cannot be grated.
Delivery Expectations:
In order to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, we cannot promise specific delivery times.
Due to extremely high demand and global logistics challenges, all manufacturers delivery dates are
estimates. Unfortunately, dates are subject to last minute changes. We are doing everything possible to
stay in contact with the trucking companies as well as the factories, but changes to orders still happen.
We strive to let you know up front so there is no disappointment to our customers.
You will receive an automated phone call 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery date to confirm your
appointment. This call will advise of a 30-minute window our 2-man delivery crew will arrive in. If you do
not contact the store to advise this scheduled arrival time creates conflict, our team will prepare the
order and arrive as planned.
If our team arrives to your home and no one 18 years or older is there to accept the delivery, we will be
happy to reschedule. However, it will be necessary for us to collect another delivery fee before the
delivery will be made.
Please make sure that the room is clear and ready for the delivery. If not, we will be happy to
reschedule. However, it will be necessary to collect another delivery fee.
Please note that we cannot move existing furniture without prior arrangements made with
management. We cannot remove existing furniture from your home and this includes mattresses.
